The 1940 era Ranch house is nestled in the mountainous Junction Creek valley. It is beautifully landscaped as a Colorado Retreat but also very close to Downtown with all its amenities.
Yes we get snow for winter gatherings!

We get plenty of snow for cross country skiing and winter sports. Skiing at Durango Mountain Resort is just 30 minutes away. Don't worry, we have firewood for the fireplace too.
